It is agriculture, craftsmanship, memory, creativity and community.
Created by Sicilian pasta specialist and creative hospitality designer Alessandra Lauria, Lisbon Pasta Week brings the spirit of Pasta Week to Portugal for its first international city edition.
The festival connects Italian food culture with Lisbon’s restaurants, creative community and international identity—creating new opportunities to cook, learn and gather around the same table.
Be the first to see the full programe, secure early bird tickets and discover participating restaurants.
Across Lisbon
For seven days, participating restaurants across the city will create a special pasta dish, menu or experience for Lisbon Pasta Week.
Explore the map, discover new tables and create your own pasta route through Lisbon.
Lisbon Pasta Week is being created with attention to the people, ingredients and communities behind every experience.
We want to bring people closer to grains, flour, producers, seasonal ingredients and the work that happens before food reaches our plates.
We collaborate with independent restaurants, chefs, cultural spaces, artists, makers and food businesses across Lisbon.
Selected activities will support Smile and Make Pasta, a social initiative using pasta-making as a tool for creativity, connection and care with children and communities experiencing vulnerability.
Lisbon Pasta Week is made possible through collaborations with institutions, producers, restaurants, venues and brands that believe in the power of food to bring people together.
